Upcoming Children's Self Defense Seminar

We have recieved several recent requests for a Children's Self Defense Seminar. We are currently putting together a seminar for children ages 7-12 to be held in the very near future. Please email teamterrellinc@gmail.com for information on how to get your child enrolled.

The seminar will cover abduction avoidance, strategies for dealing with bullies and basic self defense techniques. The seminar will be 4 hours for $50. An 8 hour seminar is also available for $100. The 8 hour seminar is split into two 4 hour classes.

Upcoming Self Defense Class

We will be hosting an 8 hour basic self defense class, which will be split into two 4 hour segments.

Segment #1 Standing Self Defense
Sunday July 18th from 7-11pm:
Covers: Punches / Elbows / Knee strikes / Kicks / Escapes from headlocks / Escapes from bear hugs from the rear / Escapes from bear hugs from the front / Escapes from grabs

Segment #2 Ground Fighting Self Defense
Sunday July 25 from 7-11pm:
Covers: Take down defense / Basic take downs / Returning to a standing position / Controlling your attacker from the top / Basic submissions from the top / Controlling your attacker from the bottom / Basic submissions from the bottom / Escaping dangerous positions on the ground

Cost:
$100 for the entire 8 hour class

Class size:
Class size will be limited to 15 participants to ensure maximum personal attention and training.
