Please join us on June 27th for a fun day of training to raise money to help Anaheim Police Officer Randy Quick. There will be two 4 hour classes on that day.
From 8am-12pm we will have a Defensive Tactics Class. The class covers basic striking, groundfighting and escaping from holds.
From 1:30pm-5:30pm we will offer a Rape Prevention and Defense Class for women only. The class covers situational awareness training, striking techniques, grappling techniques and escaping holds and grabs. The class will finish with scenario training in which students will be able to apply the techinques they learned full force against an instructor in a protective suit.
Cost is $35 per class. Proceeds go to the Quick Family. Handwraps and/or bag gloves are recommended for the striking portion of the class.
Instructors are a Police Officer, P.O.S.T Certified Use of Force Instructor, former professional MMA and Kick Boxing Champion, Certified Rape Defense Instructors, personal trainers and martial artists with over 20 years of experience in teaching self defense to men, women and children.
